The Atomic Fallout Society: Episode 18 - A Great Start to the New Year... A Comic Convention!

The guys start off the new year with a bang, not a literal one though as they visit the Amazing Arizona Comic Con at the Mesa Convention Center. But first, Dave talks about the latest Point One issue from Marvel, this time its Uncanny X-Force 19.1 and how it might set the tone for the Marvel Universe in 2012.

Speaking of tone, Tony talks about the latest Action Comics as it focuses on the origin of Superman and how Grant Morrison spins it off nicely.

Lastly, the boys talk about the first comic book convention anywhere on the planet as the Amazing Arizona Comic Con is the focus for the weekend and how it isn't like the bigger and more corporate conventions out there but more of a opportunity to catch up with good friends and talk comic books. And finally David takes the show to a sudden WTF? moment.
