First, the boys review Aeon Flux, directed by Karyn Kusana (Girl Fight, Jennifer's Body), written by Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi (Clash Of The Titans, The Tuxedo),
and starring Charlize Theron, Jonny Lee Miller, Frances McDormand, and
Pete Postlethwaite. You have to hear it to believe it. They move on to a ton of movie news from the week starting with what Zach Snyder had to say about the Justice League movie and a possible tie in to the Man of Steel. Chevy Chase decides he’s too good for Community and Machete has hit a road block for Robert Rodriquez. Judd Apatow and The Simpsons are probably in bed together and another Sherlock Holmes series seem to be on the horizon.
In comic news, Ang Lee has something to say about his take on Hulk in response to Stan Lee’s comments about the history of Marvel Movies. A new BADDEST VILLIANS OF ALL TIME DC ADDITION was posted on a certain website and a surprise guest has more than a little to say about it. The new IDW Star Trek comic has a mirror universe goatee’d Zach Quinto version of Spock on the cover and the official synopsis of the plot for Star Trek 2 has been released.
To end the show, the boys have a bit of celeb bashing for Angus T. Jones, Jake from Two & A Half Men, who recently spoke out about the “immoral” nature of his show.
