Kevin, your interview skills could use some serious work. The amount of times you brought the conversation back to yourself, as well as your experiences with Greg, Tommy, and The Room was absolutely embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteThe focus of the conversation is Greg! Not you. You are taking focus away from your subject and putting it onto boring and banal information about yourself that adds absolutely nothing to the conversation.
Also, to further increase the amount of unprofessional conduct, you included a candid conversation you and Greg had at the very beginning that had nothing to do with the interview. Sestero didn't even think it was part of the interview as he asked how much time you needed, yet you decided to include it anyway?!
